DINGTAI is steel wire, stranded wire and PC strand manufacturer in China since 1992. We can provide 0.8 - 5.18mm galvanized steel wire of anti-corrosion quality, also supply 3, 7 and 19 stranded wire of anti-oxidation quality as well as PC strand (9.53mm - 17.8mm). Our products can be used in telecommunication cables, as steel core of ACSR cable, for fencing, spring production, gardening trellises, as messenger wire, guy wire, earth wire, barrier cable and structure cables, prestressed concrete construction, city's overpass, shell safety of nuclear power stations, television tower, water towers, anchoring the rock, water conservancy and hydropower project.
With 20 years of experiences in manufacturing galvanized wire, Dingtai is able to provide galvanized steel wire of high tensile strength and anti-rust quality. Using carbon steel wire rods, which are made with high carbon content that ranges from 0.40% to 0.85% as raw materials. Due to drawing plant, wire drawing machine, paying out machineŁ¬chemical lineŁ¬rewinding machine, galvanizing lineŁ¬wire twisting machine and other advanced producing and inspecting equipments, our products are appreciated for their smooth and polished surface with high Zinc coating adhesive capability. We currently own three plants, which located in Maanshan, Chongqing and Guanghai. Our annual production capacity is 200,000 tons. With ISO9001:2000 certification, these products have exported to United States, Australia, Brazil, Southeast Asia of Vietnam and Philippines, Nigeria. Maanshan Dingtai was responsible for developing 4 national standards and 2 industry standards for galvanized steel wire and stranded wire. It has undertaken in a state bond project in the key industry of structural adjustment and a National technical department key torch plan project, which has made great contribution to realizing Hi-Tech industrialization in China.
